At Para Clothing’s, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent return and refund experience.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers
must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team with order details and clear images of
the product showing the issue. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Products purchased during special sales, discounted items, or customized products may not be
eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.
4. Refund Process
After the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working
days. The timeline may vary depending on the payment provider.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests
cannot be accepted.
6. Delivery Guarantee
If an order is not delivered within 30 days from the date of purchase, the customer is eligible for a
full refund upon request.
7. Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds
will be processed via bank transfer or other agreed methods.
8. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error from our
side.
